• We have a 42.5-hour work week, by doing so you “work ahead” to earn three 3 extra days off over Christmas/New Year in addition to the vacation balance
• Relaxation is important for your work-life balance, which is why you have 25 vacation days per year with us. Employees from the age of 50 get 30 vacation days
